Check in/ Check out Policy:
- Check-in: 14: 00 ( early check in upon on avaiability room) 
- Check-out:12:00 noon time 
- Earlier check-in: Free of charge if the room is available.
- Late check out: Free of charge if the room is available.

Rooms Cancellation:
- If canceled or amended up to 3 days before the date of arrival or new date of departure, no fee will be charged.
- if canceled or amended later than 3 days or in case of no-show, 100% will be charged as the cancellation fee.

Children and Extra Adult Policy:
- Child under 6yr: free of charge;
- Child from 6yr or extra Adult: surcharge $10/person/room/night;

Tours Cancellation:
* Multi-days Tours: 
- Cancellation prior to 7 days of the tour will be charged 100% all deposit money paid
- Cancellation prior to 15 days of the tour will be refunded 100% all deposit money paid

- Cancellation prior 30 days will be free of charge 

* Day Tours:
- Cancellation made before 5 days will be refunded 100% all deposit money paid
- Cancellation made before 24hours and less than 5days will be charged 100% all deposit money paid
- Late cancellation – Less than 24 hours before the tour will forfeit the full price of the tour
